High-capacity Trolley Mounted Stored Pressure Powder Fire Extinguishers, designed to provide superior fire protection for large-scale applications. These extinguishers feature dry chemical powder (Potassium Bicarbonate), a highly effective agent for Class B and C fires. The powder is stored under pressure and discharged through a controllable discharge mechanism, ensuring precise application. Mounted on a sturdy trolley, these extinguishers are easy to manoeuvre and transport. The extinguisher’s design includes a pressure gauge, braided/rubber discharge hose, shut-off nozzle, siphon tube, locking arrangement, and a trolley set for easy mobility. Constructed with a durable cylindrical body made of welded rolled steel, these extinguishers are built to last. The extinguisher’s design includes a bottom end cylindrical skirt, ensuring stability and preventing tipping. For added protection, the extinguisher is coated with epoxy polyester powder and PU coating, ensuring resistance to corrosion and wear. Additionally, the extinguisher features a waterproof screen/silk printing with instructions and a QR code for easy reference. Available in 25 kg and 50 kg capacities, these extinguishers are ideal for industrial settings, warehouses, and large commercial spaces, providing reliable fire protection wherever needed. The extinguishers are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -30°C to +55°C and meet the requirements of IS 16018:2012. Each extinguisher is CE-certified, ensuring quality and safety.
